Unfortunately due to some technical issues, all packs can only be purchased once. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2. You must purchases from the same account that you want to redeem the gift codes on. 

You cannot redeem gift packs purchased by other people on other accounts.

3. The payment return time varies according to the payment method, please be patient.

We recommend using Visa or Alipay and to turn off SMS for the payment to make it faster.

Your gift codes will be listed in "My Packs" on the right side of the website when the payment is successful. Players can check "My Packs" later.

How do I buy Limited Packs?

1. Click the “Limited Offer” on the left side of the website to view all the limited packs in the “FLASH SALE” section.

2. Click the pack to view the purchase rules and its contents. Click “pay” to purchase.

3. After you successfully purchase a limited pack, you will receive a notification. Copy your code and go to the official website to redeem it.

4. There may be a delay in receiving the notification. If you didn’t get a notification with your gift code, please check “My pack” later.

Note: All gift packs are only available for a limited time.

How do I get the Lucky Pack?

Server E(UTC+1):

Server A(UTC-5):

November 27th 19:00, November 27th 20:05

1. Click the “Limited Offer” on the left side of the website and find the Lucky Gift section.

2. Click the pack to view the rules and its contents. Then click “Grab Now” at the specified times. Only 10 will be available each time so make sure you are ready when the time comes.

3. If you managed to successfully grab a Lucky Pack, copy your code and go to the official website to redeem it.

4. You can also go to “My Pack” to check the gift codes you have received.

How do I get the Free Pack?

Sever E (UTC+1): November 27th 19:00 - November 28th 6:00

Sever A (UTC-5): November 27th 13:00 - November 27th 24:00

1. Click the “Free Pack” on the right side of the website and click “Grab Now”.

2. After you get your the Free Pack code:

A. You can choose to copy it directly and go to the official website to redeem.

B. Or go to “My Pack” to check your gift codes.
