Story

A Silver Saint who trained at Andromeda Island, he is Shun and June’s master. He died in the battle against Aphrodite. In the mobile version, he takes on the role of a support.

Soulchain.Black: Single-target attack, 1 cost 

Deals 100% (105%/110%/115%/120%) C.DMG to 1 enemy and absorbs 20% of their basic attack (the damage type absorbed depends on the enemy Saint). Daidalos cannot absorb attack exceeding 25% of his basic attack, and all attack absorbed will be returned to the respective Saints upon his death.

Passive skill - Soulchain.Holy: Seventh Sense skill, 0 cost

When Daidalos uses Soulchain.Black, Soulchain.Holy will immediately transfer the absorbed attack to the friendly Saint with the highest attack of that type. Absorbed attack won’t strengthen Daidalos, and all attack absorbed will be returned to their respective Saint upon his death.

Analysis

Daidalos is a support Saint, whose attacks absorb the enemy team’s attack (the damage type absorbed depends on the enemy Saint), and gives it to a friendly unit. This ability makes him a very potent support Saint in instances as he can absorb both P.ATK and C.ATK.

Lineup

Recommended lineup: Chameleon June + Cepheus Daidalos + Sextans Luna + Aries Mu + Leo Aiolia + Eagle Marin

Have June create a link while Daidalos absorbs the attack of enemies to enhance your own Saints. This makes it difficult for enemies to deal damage while your damage increases. Mu’s shields also provide great protection. In the later rounds, June’s ability to share damage is very useful:

1.June creates a link, making your team share damage during round 1.

2.When the second round begins, Sextans Luna buffs Daidalos, making him capable of absorbing attacks from two different enemies in one round, thereby reducing the enemy team’s damage capability while enhancing your own.

3.Use Mu’s shields to protect the Saints most likely to be attacked.

4.Marin’s main responsibility is to recover HP.

5.Aiolia is there to deal damage.

Counters

Daidalos absorbs attack and transfers it to other damage dealers in his team. Your best bet is to prioritize enemy damage dealers using the same type of attack as you, thereby rendering the absorbed attack useless for Daidalos and his team.
